Main Courses

Rosemary Pork
Medallions of Pork Tenderloin pan fried then
served in a Rosemary and Caramelised Red Onion Jus.

Peppercorn Beef
Strips of Fillet Steak in a cream, wine and cracked black pepper sauce.

Sweet Chilli Chicken
Succulent Chicken strips in a spicy sweet chilli tomato and rainbow pepper sauce.

Parsley Gammon
Old English favourite of juicy Gammon Steak smothered in a creamy Parsley sauce

Broccoli and Cream Cheese Pasta
This vegetarian dish is packed with Penne pasta in a rich creamy Broccoli,
wine sauce and topped with melted cheese and garlic bread.

Salmon Bonne Femme
Fresh Salmon Supreme poached and
smothered in a cream, wine and mushroom sauce.

Key Lime Tuna
Tuna steak pan fried
then drizzled with our own lime and black pepper dressing.

All mains served with new potatoes and fresh vegetables unless otherwise stated
