Frank Pullans “Brandesburton” Turkey Breast hand carved and served with
handmade stuffing, chipolata sausage, roast potatoes, gravy and a homemade Yorkie Pud

St. Nicholas Lamb
“Driffield” Shoulder of Lamb slow roasted and served with a
Rosemary and cranberry Jus

Chicken Portobello
Strips of Succulent Chicken breast in a
Portobello Mushroom, white wine and cream sauce

Peppered Pork
Medallions of Pork Tenderloin pan fried in a Cracked Black Pepper and cream sauce

“Raywell” Tart

A generous slice of homemade Caramelised Red onion, Cranberry and "Raywell" Goats Cheese Tart.

King Prawn Salmon
Fresh Salmon Supreme poached and
smothered in a cream, wine and king prawn sauce.
All served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
